It has been distressed then clear waxed with Annie Sloan then Dark wax with Annie Sloan to exaggerate the distressing. French Linen as described by Annie Sloan is a cool neutral khaki grey inspired by bleached deep neutral of old pieces of French and Italian furniture. The White paint is Autentico Ivory. I have used this inside the glazed cabinet and inside the drawers to bring a little light to this piece of furniture. The drawers can be left as just painted or you could put your favourite drawer liners in them x There are 2 keys with this piece of furniture, one for the top and one for the writing bureau Size is 36 inches wide 16 inches deep at the deepest point (writing bureau) the glazed top cabinet is 9 inches deep and overall height is about 81 inches. They have all been hand painted, some pieces have been distressed and then all have been waxed for protection. This gives the furniture an aged shabby chic appearance.
