Student room available from £55 per week @ Staffs uni (stoke on trent campus) in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire for sale

I'm looking for a student who will be or is already studying at the Stoke on Trent campus of Stafforshire University to rent a bedroom in a student house (in the picture it's the one with the cursor over it), you will be sharing the house, which is fully furnished with 2 male second year sport students, don't let that put you off, we are pretty friendly! The rent is paid weekly and starts at £55 however you will have to pay a minimum of £10 towards the electricity meter, this doesn't include stuff like the broadband and tv license etc, we are yet to sort that, don't worry though, this shouldn't take it up by too much. The house is located a minutes walk from the College road site, 2 mins walk from the Leek road site and the train station and just 20 mins walk to Hanley town centre.
