It is in good condition with no cloth rips or tears. There are a few scuffs on the table corners (as pictured) but nothing that will effect the playability of the table. The table has robust folding legs for easy storage and centre ball return - which is far better than the net pocket versions. It also has adjustable feet for uneven floors.
